Threpty is a marketplace that connects patients with verified physiotherapists, wellness professionals, and fitness centres across India. We facilitate bookings but are not a healthcare provider ourselves.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Threpty. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Patient Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when booking sessions.
- Attend sessions at the agreed time or cancel with reasonable notice.
- Use the AI Assessment tool as a guide only — it does not replace professional medical advice.
- Consult a doctor in case of a medical emergency.
4. Therapist Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about qualifications, specialties, and availability.
- Submit genuine KYC documents for verification.
- Maintain professional standards in all patient interactions.
- Honour confirmed bookings or provide timely notice of cancellations.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Threpty is not a medical service provider. The AI wellness assessment is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
6. Payments & Refunds
Session fees are agreed between patients and therapists. Threpty may facilitate payment processing. Refund eligibility depends on the therapist's cancellation policy. Contact contact@threpty.in for disputes.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting false or misleading information.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.
- Attempting to circumvent our verification processes.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and technology on Threpty are owned by Threpty Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Threpty acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or outcomes of sessions conducted between patients and therapists. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
